The “Honeymoon Cabin” got it’s name from all of the newlywed couples that have wanted to spend their honeymoon here. Built in 1906, the Honeymoon Cabin started out as the original Mountain Home school built from logs hauled out of the local Uinta Mountains. We relocated it here to the ranch many years ago and have fully restored it with all of the modern conveniences and a touch of historic flair in it’s current location.
Not just for honeymooners and couples, the cabin has two bedrooms with a total of four beds. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, a heart shaped jacuzzi tub for two, a fireplace and an outside sundeck with a balcony overlooking a beautiful, large lake and the Uinta Mountains in the distance. This cabin has a full kitchen, two satellite t.v.’s, and a large lawn. Outside there is a large covered patio with a barbecue area and firepit.
